This is to inform you that by deed of the Notary Lorenzo Salvatore dated 20 June 2023
Repertory no. 35309 and having legal effect from 22 June 2023 – the merger by
incorporation of the company Reludo Srl with registered office in Via del Pontiere no. 11 –
37122 Verona – VAT no. and tax code 03996860239 into the company Rortos Srl has
taken place.

The data concerning the incorporating company are as follows:

* Tax code, VAT number and registration number in the Verona Chamber of
Commerce Register: 04132300239
* R.E.A.: VR 394801

The incorporating company assumes all the rights and obligations of the incorporated
company Reludo Srl, continuing in all its legal relations, assets and liabilities, prior to the
merger.

As a result of this merger and pursuant to the current Privacy Code (EU Regulation
2016/679), the company RORTOS Srl also takes over ownership of the personal data
already processed by the merged company, the purposes and methods of processing
pursuant to the information already communicated remaining unchanged.

As a result of the aforesaid merger by incorporation, as of 22 June 2023 only Rortos Srl
shall be operative, to which it shall be necessary to refer for any business relationship,
even if arising prior to that date.
In particular, invoices and any other fiscal document dated as of 22 June 2023 shall be
registered in the name of RORTOS Srl – Tax Code and VAT No. 04132300239 – while
documents dated before that date shall be registered in the name of Reludo Srl – Tax Code
and VAT No. 03996860239.

All communications and any other document from 22 June 2023 shall be in the name of
Rortos Srl and sent to the following addresses:
